“If you want to deal with hairy-legged men who are always in competition…OK, Fine…but if you want to do a deal with a sparkly lady who’s a lot of fun…Linda Wells is your girl!”
Hap Baggett, Fort Worth
Linda got her start in commercial real estate, specifically land and user based selling, in Fort Worth with Hap Baggett in 1995 and they continue to do deals together. Her work with Hap and Synergy Properties was just the beginning of the highs and lows of commercial real estate for her. Yet her love for the deal never faltered and has continued to grow.
Linda Wells Real Estate also works closely with Sandlin Capital on deals like Western Center, North Richland Hills Project, and Southlake Project.
As a broker, licensed in the state of Texas, she has been a part of many exciting deals.
